Plugged Owner may use analytics tools to understand page visits, referral sources, device types, and general site performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

The site does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health information, or other sensitive data through general contact channels.

Owner knowledge assistant

Questions submitted to the assistant are processed through Vercel and Cloudflare. The current question and candidate source excerpts are sent to DeepSeek to select supporting evidence. Please avoid including personal or sensitive information in your questions.

A random conversation token is stored in your browser session storage; the backend stores its hash, vehicle context, and up to 300 characters of the most recent question. Conversations expire after 24 hours and expired records are removed by a daily cleanup. Operational records contain source identifiers, status, timing, and token usage rather than full question or answer text, and are retained for approximately 30 days. A hash derived from the request IP address is used for short-term rate limits. Starting a new conversation clears the active browser token; previous server records remain until expiry and cleanup.

Affiliate links

Some pages may contain affiliate links. A third-party merchant or affiliate network may record that a visitor followed a link from this site and may use cookies to attribute a later purchase.

Data sales

Plugged Owner does not sell visitor personal data. Information may be processed by service providers that support analytics, hosting, email, or affiliate attribution when those services are enabled.

External websites

Links may lead to Tesla, retailers, affiliate partners, or other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by their own policies.
